Cardinal Cocktail Recipe

The Cardinal is an incredibly easy, yet elegant, cocktail recipe to prepare. It’s a perfect choice for a self-serve drink station at a French cocktail party. Pair it with red pepper gougeres for an effortless first course.

Prep Time: 2 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 ounce crème de cassis
  • 2 1/4 ounces dry red wine

Preparation:

Add the crème de cassis to a wine glass and pour the red wine over it.

Makes 1 serving.
